Description
The Flash Software solution allows the installation of all available stages of tuning to the N18 and F series MINI’s. For BMW’s it is compatible with the F/G series with N55 and B58 engines as well as the EGS 8HP transmission ECU. Initial upload of a vehicle calibration takes approximately seven minutes. Subsequent changes to the ECU’s software take on average two to three minutes.
Use of this software requires a TACTRIX Openport 2.0 cable which may be purchased directly from Tactrix HERE. We have also had success with a third party Openport cable HERE.
This software which acts as a full slave client is provided on a subscription basis and will remain fully functional for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The one year subscription also entitles the owner to free revisions to their personal Stage for the first year. Use beyond that time frame will require renewal of the subscription for an additional 12 months. Please note that while tunes are vehicle specific, neither the software or cable are locked to a specific VIN like other solutions. As such it can be used to load tunes on multiple vehicles whether BMW or MINI.
